Saint Joseph's Center

During this Summer we have renovated the former thrift shop and parish library buildings on the North side of the parking lot. The interiors of both have been completely redone. Initially the folks from LifeTeen did some beautiful work on the former thrift shop and now both rooms have been completely redone, top to bottom. Moreover we have joined both buildings so as to make of them a combined entity with two meeting spaces. This combination will be called the St. Joseph’s Center. The central area between the formerly separate buildings contains a kitchenette, a rest room and storage area, (accessible from the rear). The former thrift shop will be called Nazareth and the former library Bethlehem. LifeTeen will continue to enjoy Nazareth. Holy Family School will have use of both rooms. And all of us will now have 2 new additional spaces for meetings.

NEW MEETING SPACE
I am happy to announce that we are very close to having the former thrift shop and parish library buildings, which are located on the North side of the parking lot, redone and available as very much needed meeting space for the parish and the school. We have joined the two buildings and inserted into that space a kitchenette, toilet and storage space. The interiors have been restored. The shelves from the library have been installed in the storage space in the rectory basement for further use and we will be able to have an open house after Labor Day. God is very good. Again, coming soon. Patience.  JFH  Posted 082811
