Jim and Sr. Anne, Thank you for your immediate and kind gift for the special Thanksgiving and Christmas days for the women incarcerated. Needless to say, they will be and they are very appreciative of all the efforts made on their behalf. Years ago two women approached me after Mass when I was at a parish to tell me that their Christmas at the prison was the best Christmas they had ever had. So my friends please thank all involved for your generosity that will help to make nearly 1,000 women have the best Christmas possible while behind bars. Knowing someone, some Church thought about them with love, sending the message of new birth in Christ will absolutely brighten their life and New Year! Posted 112711 Protecting God's Children We are all responsible for God’s Children Thank you to all the employees, parishioners, volunteers and school parents who completed the Virtus Program: “Protecting God’s Children”. We offered 2 sessions this fall with 54 in attendance. Since February 2003, a total of 1007 people have attended this mandatory program designed to ensure the safety of all our children.
