The Saint Vincent de Paul Society (SVDP) is an international Catholic society of men and women united to help those in need.  The Society nourishes their neighbors with material goods and each other with shared faith and prayer.

  • The mission of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Holy Family is to provide person to person emergency assistance to those in need in Rockland.  
  • Twenty lay members of the Society serve over thirty individuals and families each week providing basic needs such as: food, emergency shelter, financial aid, fuel assistance.
  • The Society is assisted in all endeavors by the parishioners of Holy Family through the annual fund and food drives. 
  • The goal of the SVDP is to promote long-term self-sufficiency and build relationships of trust, confidentiality, and friendship.
